Trulox was FANTASTIC; I could not ask for more in a locksmith! Everyone I spoke with and worked with was kind, responsive, pleasant, professional, and communicative.I had a lock emergency early in the morning. Sophia (whom I spoke with on the phone) was absolutely lovely - she provided much-needed reassurance and was very communicative with me both on the phone and via text. The locksmith who came out to my house arrived earlier than anticipated, which was an unexpected bonus. He was very helpful and provided a quick assessment of the problem and an understandable explanation of it to me. He even insisted on not charging me, as the fix was easier than anticipated. I will definitely be using Trulox for any of my locksmith needs in the future and recommend them most highly!

I made an appointment to have a new remote key made for my car. The tech was supposed to be there at 12pm, after an hour I called . The receptionist was very friendly and said she’d have the tech call me, 45 minutes later and still no call. I called the receptionist again and she seemed surprised no one called me. I didn’t want to wait around all day if they weren’t coming, also I wanted to schedule with a different company if they weren’t going to come out. The receptionist told me they were enroute and got caught in traffic. The tech called about 5-10 minutes later and told me that the machine to make the keys broke. So, not stuck in traffic, the machine was broke. I wish they would’ve called earlier and let me know that. I spent the majority of the day waiting for them and I still had no key. I called another company who got the job done.

Had a few mix ups on scheduling a key fob programming job done but owner and employees did everything possible to make our project work. Extremely friendly, courteous and efficient with work we needed done at best price in the area. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service I received. Thanks to Jaron for being so awesome.
